Tinker Time Labs Terms And Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services offered by

Tinker Time Labs

(“TTL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and apply to all clients and users engaging with our platform, programs, or consulting services.

1. All Sales Final

All sales are final. This includes, but is not limited to:

Operating Model Reset Sprint (OMR) engagementsField Service Maturity Assessments (FSA)AI integrations and readiness assessmentsThe Tinker Time Partner ProgramDatabase Re-Activation ProgramsReputation Management Programs

No refunds will be issued once services have been rendered or access to digital products has been granted.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

3. Description of Services

TTL offers strategic consulting and operational improvement services powered by assessments, AI programs, workflow automation, and digital infrastructure planning. Our services may also include online tools, live consulting, AI voice/chat agents, and automated customer journeys.

Custom engagements may be subject to separate service-level agreements.

4. Accounts & Registration

You may be required to create an account or provide information to access some services. You agree to:

Provide accurate, up-to-date informationMaintain confidentiality of your login credentialsNotify us of unauthorized use of your account

5. Usage Guidelines

You agree not to:

Use our services for unlawful or unethical purposesSubmit false, misleading, or malicious contentAttempt to interfere with the integrity or performance of our systems

6. Fees & Payment

Fees for services are outlined in our proposals and contracts. You agree to:

Pay all applicable feesFollow agreed-upon payment terms (e.g., monthly, milestone-based, per snapshot, etc.)Understand that failure to pay may result in paused support or suspension of services

Snapshot deployments, add-ons, and white-labeled deliverables must be paid in full before initiation.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

TTL handles all personal data in accordance with our

Privacy Policy

and applicable laws. We use industry-standard safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property created by TTL—including frameworks, AI flows, and system designs—remains the property of TTL unless explicitly transferred via a signed agreement. Clients may use deliverables as intended but may not resell or reproduce them without written permission.

9. Service Cancellation & Termination

Clients may cancel monthly programs with 30 days’ written notice.TTL reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-compliance or non-payment beyond 30 days.After 60 days overdue, service will be fully terminated and a reactivation fee may apply.Upon cancellation, clients retain ownership of their internal agency data and GHL accounts, but TTL support and maintenance will cease.

10. Liability Limitations

TTL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

Misuse of servicesClient-side technical failuresDelays due to third-party platformsActions taken by snapshot subaccount end users

11. Messaging Compliance (A2P Policy)

Tinker Time Labs complies with all Application-to-Person (A2P) messaging laws. We:

Obtain user consent before messagingInclude opt-out instructions in all communicationsMonitor message content for complianceSecure user data and access controlsReview policies regularly for legal updates

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert Province/State], without regard to conflict of law principles.
