1.What are Paul Flavin Ltd. famous for?

We have developed a knowledge bank and formula for business owners to ensure that you will instantly benefit in your role, and utilise the experience and skills of our team working with major banks, sme businesses and 1 man bands.

2.How can Paul Flavin Ltd. grow the results in your organisation?

There are 3 main ways we can support your business:

1. Support a specific business function that is in need of a fresh perspective

2: An individual business owner or director that is looking to take their team to the next level.

3: Work with a division that is in high growth and finding it harder and harder to stay on track.

3.Where are Paul Flavin Ltd. based?

We are based in the East of England, and most of our clients are based across the UK.

4.How long will sessions last?

Individual coaching sessions usually take between 1hr to 90mins of structured time.

Team session days will either be half day which is: 9am to 12:30 or full day which is 9am - till as long as it takes 😉

5.Where will the sessions take place?

The most effective half day and full day sessions will be in person. Depending on the business set up, these can be in office, or in nearby conference suite locations.

Most individual coaching sessions are online.

6.Why do individuals need a plan, if we have a master business plan

We take planning very very seriously, and believe that every individual has to have a personal plan to keep them on track, to do 2 main things, 1 celebrate their own achievements 2 give structure to managers and leaders that benefit from keeping the tasks business focused and away from human intervention if they are in peoples heads.

7.Who is the planning for?

We create plans for business owners with 1 employee and senior leaders with 10/20 + reports in business functions. So everything in-between that can seen as a great opportunity to start your personal plan today.

8.What do we need to do before the day

Absolutely nothing is needed before the day, the only thing is requested that you complete a fixed growth mindset assessment quiz prior to the day. Click this link.

9.How much will a planning day cost?

A planning day is an investment into your valued team members. We can design programs which start @ £5,000 and then some of our clients have embedded coaching services which can require a monthly retained invested fee starting @£2,500.
