How do I get charged?

When do we get charged for learners?

Our model is based on an advertising spend and a service fee. Your advertising budget is paid directly to platforms and charged as and when spent. Typically you will be charged a few times over a month period. Our service fee is charged upfront before advertising begins.

How does the per learner fee work?

Simple. We charge you a service fee and we also suggest an advertising budget for the month, the combination of those numbers divided by learners enrolled is your per learner fee e.g £1000 service fee + £3000 advertising spend = £4000 /40 learners = £100 per learner

How can we be sure sure that we will get that cost per learner?

We only commit to advertising courses we have had success with in the past. The cost per learner prediction is always based on previous work we have done with Colleges and Providers in the past. There will only ever be a vration of £10-£15 per learner.

Can I get a discount for higher numbers of learners?

Our model doesn't work this way. We will use your advertising budget to achieve as many learners as possible within a monthly basis whilst working toward a minimum e.g we expect to enrol 30 learners this month as a minimum but will aim for 50+ (Which is very possible with good campaigns). This allows your cost per learner to be lower than expected! Which is always good news

How does it work?

Are we charged for referrals or enrolments?

We do not charge on a refferal or enrolment basis. Our fee is based on using your budget to acheive the learners required. If we over achieve on learner enrolments we will not earn anymore or less.

How do you help us enrol learners?

At Learn First, we have a proven learner enrolment system that has been tested over the years!

We use Whatsapp, email and SMS automation to keep learners warm and engaged. We also have a full 4 step marketing funnel to ensure 100% of learners we attracted are automatically eligible!

Once potential learners have gone through our funnel and engaged with our automation its a smiple case of your team members communicating wtih these learners for enrolment start dates.

What is the referral process?

Whatever works for you! Typically we upload learner information to a google sheet via automation as and when they show interest. Once added we can send all information the learner needs to enrol via our automation. Any learners that have completed their document uploads and BKSB's can now be progressed by your team.

What about learners who drop out before completing

We always keep focused on the key numbers, before we work with any provider we always ask for your current drop out rates for that particular course. We always expect anything from 10% - 20% this is factored in to our cost per learner calculations before we quote them, so you will always have confidence in our service and what you can expect.
