Simple. We charge you a service fee and we also suggest an advertising budget for the month, the combination of those numbers divided by learners enrolled is your per learner fee e.g £1000 service fee + £3000 advertising spend = £4000 /40 learners = £100 per learner

We only commit to advertising courses we have had success with in the past. The cost per learner prediction is always based on previous work we have done with Colleges and Providers in the past. There will only ever be a vration of £10-£15 per learner.

We always keep focused on the key numbers, before we work with any provider we always ask for your current drop out rates for that particular course.  We always expect anything from 10% - 20% this is factored in to our cost per learner calculations before we quote them, so you will always have confidence in our service and what you can expect. 

Whatever works for you! Typically we upload learner information to a google sheet via automation as and when they show interest. Once added we can send all information the learner needs to enrol via our automation. Any learners that have completed their document uploads and BKSB's can now be progressed by your team.
