Performance: Being an athlete is just as mental as is it physical. In addition to building an lean physique via evidence based nutrition, you must also forge an iron mindset. Our team has competed at the highest levels of sport, earned a high level of education, and understands the common mental hurdles and struggles that athletes face as they physically better themselves.
Gut Health: Getting real answers on WHY things are happening, paired with an individual plan of action, and consistent support will solve your problems long term. Our team and founder have extensive personal and practical experience with GI health, so they understand that each case is unique and can be solved.
Pre / Post Menopause: All women go through this phase in life, but it doesn't mean you have to deal with the weight gain and menopausal symptoms associated with it. Our team has successfully worked with clients with hormonal challenges and through understanding the client from the inside out, we are able to develop the perfect personalized program that leads to results.

HOW IT WORKS
Once your application is processed, you’ll hop on a quick 15 minute call with your coach of choice, then fill out a very detailed questionnaire and submit your payment. Upon its return, your coach will then create your personalized program within 48 hours and officially welcome you to the LBS community. You will start tracking your food and habits, then check in with your coach weekly; each week working on ways to improve and reach your goals.
Take your athletic performance to the next level and also build a strong athletic mindset with our experienced performance team. You’ll learn how much to eat, what to eat, and when to eat to meet your performance goals.. We have worked with cyclers, runners, cross fit athletes, swimmers, high school- collegiate athletes, in the age ranges of 9-75 with experience level from beginner to advanced.
Your weekly check-ins will receive same day in-depth feedback from your coach via video feedback, which includes a plan, advice, and support for the upcoming week. You are welcome to message your coach via email during the week if you have a question.If you would like additional support beyond the video feedback, we have an option for that too!
Going to the doctor for bloating and indigestion will usually lead to an answer of "you have a digestive health problem and it could be SIBO or leaky gut". The problem is, there is no testing or individualized plan. We use functional medicine to get to the root cause and a combination of nutrition and supplementation based on your lab results. This process includes our functional medicine and coaching team to heal you from the inside out, and then keep you progressing long term. This includes weekly check ins with a coach where you will receive same day video feedback, which includes a plan, advice, and support for the upcoming week. You are welcome to message your coach via email during the week if you have a question or need support. If you would like additional support beyond the video feedback, we have an option for that!

This program uses nutrition, lifestyle changes, movement, and support to alleviate symptoms and ensure you are progressing toward feeling and looking your best.
You will be working one on one with a coach that includes weekly check ins where you will receive same day video feedback, a plan of action, and support for the upcoming week. This program will include a cardio regimen if see fit.
You are welcome to message your coach via email during the week if you have a question or need support. If you would like additional support beyond the video feedback, such as a live check in, we have that option too!
Going from lean to shredded is a science and beautiful art. Lizzy came from a dancing background and aspired to get on a bodybuilding stage again in peak shape. She was able to achieve this goal with her nutrition being completely vegan.
We worked closely with live check ins weekly to ensure she was progressing. She did all of this while earning her PhD in cell biology and medicine, which meant time was not on our side and stress management was a huge part of our transformational process. After her dieting phase was over, we were able to keep the body fat off by going through a reverse diet phase- this ensured her metabolism was restored, as she was able to eat 1000 calories more and fat gain did not happen post diet!
Eating less and moving more is not always the answer! Using the science of metabolism and Bens individual needs, we were able to get him in peak conditioning while eating nearly 1000 calories more and doing half the exercise.
Ben learned to fuel his week with nutrient dense foods while also including free meals and sweets into his plan consistently- this helped him overcome binge eating from too much restriction. Ben has went on to start his own fitness company and successfully achieved his dream of becoming a professional model in Thailand.
Patti came from a background of eating less and moving more. When her menopause ended, it left her the heaviest she has been at 210 lbs and eating near 1000 calories. We were able to lose nearly 30 lbs in 3 months and total 50 lbs in 5 months through our approach- which had her eating 75% more, doing exercise she enjoyed, and eating the food she enjoyed. At 55, she was able to get in better shape than she was in her late 20s.
