In this lifetime, I’ve been fortunate enough to follow a wide range of passions—as an advisor in the financial industry, baking and cooking, a lifelong love of writing (and publishing some of that work), leadership in education and education reform, and many years of community service involvement, just to name a few.
Above all, I’ve always acted as a champion for my children. The fervency I embodied while doing so was fueled by experiences from my earliest years, when I was surrounded by adults—including my own parents—who were unconsciously parenting in a way that left trauma in its wake.
On the homepage, I insinuated that I may already know you. That's because, if you ended up here, reading this, it's likely that we share an emotional thread.
I understand the struggles and aftermath of childhood trauma and toxic familial cycles firsthand. I grew up with one goal in mind: Get out and don’t repeat this mess with my own children. I spent most of my adult life trying to shed the skin of this part of my past.
For many years, I participated in traditional talk therapy with counselors, did various body and energy work, and focused on physical “fixes” like exercise, sleep, and diet. I set boundaries and separated from family members in an effort to insulate and protect myself.

These things worked to a certain extent. I was “better” than before, but reliving the trauma over and over again was grueling. The boundaries and separation helped in some ways but hurt in others. I was tired of being asked to revisit the pain in an attempt to overcome the past.
And then, my life was profoundly and forever changed when I began working with a coach who showed me how to heal from the inside out rather than from the outside in. There’s no going back from this kind of healing. It’s like nothing you’ve ever done, and the results are like nothing you’ve ever felt.
This sort of freedom and joy is not something you can’t keep only for yourself, which is why I now help others who’ve been affected by childhood trauma understand how to heal and rise above their old wounds, as well as how to become conscious parents themselves.
I would be honored to work and walk with you on your journey.
What’s this all about, really?
Is this a religion?
What if I’m religious?
What if I’m an atheist?
What if I can’t?
Second, no, this isn’t a religion. Everyone has a different idea of God. That, my friend, is your personal choice.
There are a couple of things you do need to understand, the first being energy. Modern-day physics tells us that all things are made of energy. We are made of energy. Everything around us is energy—from a sound wave you can’t see to the chair you sit on for dinner—and all energy (including emotions) possesses an energetic frequency.
Every emotion is initially birthed from one of two primary emotions: love or fear.
The frequency of love, of light, a high-vibing energy, is our natural state of being. Enter the human brain, and we introduce fear, a low-vibing frequency.
Consider for a moment the way you feel when you focus on love versus the way you feel when you focus on fear. You can literally feel a physical response. Fear is useful in helping to keep our physical selves alive. But it’s counterproductive when it comes to just about everything else. Emotional experiences wire themselves into our brain in a very literal way (again, science), and eventually trickle down to cause all kinds of undesirable physical conditions.
Speaking of conditioning, we are consistently conditioned in the world we live in. The news, our parents, school, “social norms,” and even religion are all examples of conditioning. Telling us what to do, what to think, how to act, how to fit in, what life should look like, what we should feel like. I’m not here to tell you any of that.
I’m here to help you experience what it feels like to return to yourself. Not the physical image you see in the mirror. Not the person you believe you are because of the things that have happened to you. Not what kind of food you like or the hobbies you enjoy or who you’ve chosen as a partner.
I’m talking about who you really are. Your energetic frequency, the one that only belongs to you and you alone. Connecting with that feels like a “coming home.” Finding and making that connection allows you to step into a power you never knew existed. This is not a religion. This is spirituality at its truest, deepest level.

If you think all of this sounds too “woo-woo” or can’t-be-true, I can only say that I get that too. Because that’s what I thought when I first encountered this truth. I was skeptical. I did some eye-rolling and head scratching. Anyone who knows me personally can attest to what they will tell you had always been my very rational, non-woo-woo personality. But something deep down, something beyond what my brain could comprehend, made me dig a little deeper.
And I’m so glad I did, because it is the most profound discovery. This is not something you can think. It’s something you must feel.
The ability to plug into this energy heightens your intuition. It connects you more deeply to yourself and everything and everyone around you. It allows you to understand things you always struggled to grasp.
It strengthens your relationship with others. You become more productive, and you gain the ability to manifest the things you want to attract in life. You become healthier and more joyful.
It provides an emotional freedom you never thought possible.
But don’t take my word for it. Come and feel it for yourself. You are never too old or too young to get started.
If you want freedom and joy and you’re tired of living according to everyone else’s expectations, if you’re just plain tired of struggling, then what are you waiting for?
