The “Real Exam date under Guarantee” will ONLY be decided according to the performance of the student as shown by the Pearson Mock Test, which will be purchased by students. The student need to share their screen on Zoom so that mock test can be recorded by the trainer. The student has to achieve the agreed score (required score) in each band in the Pearson Mock test A,B,C,D or E to include the Real Exam under Guarantee. Mock tests scores are valid for 14 days only and the student has to go for the real PTE exam within 14 days.

There should be a gap of 4 weeks between 2 Pearson mock tests as there are only 5 Pearson Mock Tests available. The academy may allow you to do another mock test within 4 weeks if there was a problem with your recording in the first mock test.

Under the Guarantee Course, the student is entitled for only 1 deep analysis of a Pearson Mock test every 4 weeks. In Deep analysis, the academy records the entire 2 hrs Pearson Mock Test and, if the student doesn't get good score in the mock test, the trainer will check each and every question to see where things went wrong with the student so that it can fixed. 

The preparation time varies according to the current level of the students and how fast they are able to improve by fixing their mistakes. There is no fixed preparation time under this course as the academy has no control on students if they do not practice, which means you may take more than 4-8 weeks to get fully prepared if your improvement is slow.

The student will book the first Real exams under Guarantee as recommended by the academy. Students are free to take real PTE exams without passing the mock test, however those tests won’t be counted under Guarantee.

If a student fails to achieve the agreed score (required score) in the first agreed test (real exam), then the academy will book additional tests up to the cost of fees paid by the student until the course is valid. Please note that if the students books additional tests on their own, then the academy will NOT reimburse the test fee to the student.

The course and the Guarantee are 2 different things. The course is valid for 5 months from the start date which means you can attend classes for 5 months.

For the guarantee, we need commitment from the student. So we have an attendance system. Students are marked PRESENT if they attend the class & finish their tasks and marked as ABSENT if they don’t. If the student is marked ABSENT for 50 days in total, either consecutive or nonconsecutive, from the start date of the course, then the guarantee will expire, not the course.

If the student does not get the score in the real exam due to technical issue at the exam centre or due to medical issue of the student, then the institute will NOT be responsible and the real exam will NOT be covered under guarantee.

Once paid, the fee is NON-REFUNDABLE even if the student doesn’t take a single class or decides to leave the course in between.

The course & the guarantee will expire in 5 months from the date of start regardless. It is NOT the responsibility of the institute if the student chooses to not attend classes due to his/her changed circumstances or the student does not have time. The course & the guarantee will NOT be extended in any circumstance.

Once started, the course cannot be stopped, paused or transferred in any circumstances. If you don't start within 30 days, the course will start automatically after 30 days of confirmation.

Students are required to provide complete information regarding PTE correctly. Providing any false information or hiding any important information related to PTE will void the guarantee.

In case of dispute, the institute will follow only the terms and conditions of this form. All other verbal or written promises, which violates the T&C of this form, by any employee of the institute will NOT be valid. Students are responsible to make sure that they only follow these T&C of this form.

The guarantee automatically gets void if the full payment is not settled on or before the agreed due date.
