1. Company Information

Empowering With Credit (EWC) is a service offered by Galette Enterprises LLC. All services, communications, agreements, and payments are processed through Galette Enterprises LLC. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Service Description

EWC provides credit education, dispute assistance relating to inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable information appearing on consumer credit reports, and organizational support. EWC does not guarantee credit score increases, specific results, deletions, approvals, lending outcomes, or timelines. Results vary based on individual credit history, credit bureau response, creditor documentation, and consumer participation.

3. Eligibility Requirements

Clients must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements. Clients agree to provide accurate and truthful personal information.

4. Payment & Fees

EWC currently accepts manual payments via approved payment options communicated to the client. Payments are required to begin services. Services will not start until payment confirmation is verified. Once enrollment is completed and payment is submitted, fees are considered earned. EWC has a strict No Refund policy unless otherwise required by applicable state or federal law.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide truthful and accurate personal information

  • Upload requested documentation when needed

  • Maintain communication when contacted

  • Follow any guidance or instructions necessary for dispute progression

  • Understand that failure to comply may delay or affect results

6. Communication Policy

Primary communication is conducted via text or email unless otherwise stated. Clients acknowledge that response times may vary and communication windows will be listed on the official website hours.

7. Service Duration

Service duration depends on the selected package. At the conclusion of the service term, services will automatically end unless the client voluntarily chooses to renew. Disputes will not continue beyond the agreed service period unless renewal payment is made.

8. Compliance & Legal Disclaimer

EWC is not a law firm, financial institution, or credit bureau. Nothing provided is legal, financial, or tax advice. Clients are encouraged to seek legal counsel where required.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Client personal data is protected and handled responsibly. Personal identifying information is used strictly for service processing and communication purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, EWC and Galette Enterprises LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use. Client assumes full responsibility for their financial decisions.

11. Right to Refuse Service

EWC reserves the right to refuse service to any client for any lawful reason, including but not limited to fraud suspicion, inappropriate conduct, or non-compliance.

12. Changes to Terms

EWC reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published and continued service engagement constitutes acceptance.

13. Agreement

By purchasing services, submitting payment, and/or engaging with EWC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
