WHAT HAPPENS ON THE NEW MEMBER CALL?
Your New Member Call is where everything kicks off. We'll do a full walkthrough of every feature inside your REI Alchemist CRM so you know exactly what you have and how to use it. We'll also get you fully prepped for your A2P 10DLC submission — the carrier registration required to send texts at scale — so there are zero delays getting your system live and running.
WHAT HAPPENS ON DAY 1 ONBOARDING?
Day 1 is all about your automations. We do a deep dive into every prebuilt workflow that comes loaded in your system — showing you exactly how each one works, how to customize it to fit your business, and how to turn them on. By the end of Day 1, you'll know how to run your pipeline on autopilot instead of doing everything manually.
WHAT HAPPENS ON DAY 2 ONBOARDING?
By Day 2, your A2P 10DLC should be approved and your system is ready to go to work. This session is focused on action — we'll walk you through uploading your first contact list, launching your first campaign, and getting leads moving through your pipeline. We also do a deeper dive into the AI features so you can start leveraging automation at a whole new level.
WHAT HAPPENS ON DAY 3 ONBOARDING?
Day 3 is YOUR day. This session is fully dedicated to you — whatever you need most. Whether you want to revisit a section of the CRM you're still getting comfortable with, troubleshoot a workflow, or get eyes on an automation you're currently building, we're here for it. Think of it as your personal support session to make sure you leave feeling confident and ready to close deals.
IS THERE AN ACCOUNT SETUP FEE?
Yes, there is a one time $100 set up fee.

Your one-time setup fee covers everything you need to hit the ground running. We fully set up your REI Alchemist CRM account, complete your A2P 10DLC carrier registration on your behalf — so your texts reach your leads without issue — and walk you through four days of dedicated 1-on-1 onboarding to make sure you're confident, set up, and ready to start closing deals from day one.
IS THERE FREE SUPPORT / HELP
Yes! All CRM members have access to free support via email or by submitting a support ticket directly through the platform. It's worth noting that free support is focused on keeping your system running smoothly — it covers any malfunctions with your prebuilt automations and any issues related to your A2P 10DLC registration. Free support is not designed to help you build out custom automations or new workflows from scratch. For that level of hands-on guidance, Support+ has you covered.
