We always start by listening. We may have faced similar labor challenges, but every company is unique. We first help our clients to define the scope of the labor challenge. For example, do we need to focus on full time dedicated graphic artists vs staff assigned to particular clients or large projects? After defining the short and long term needs, we ensure that our clients are prepared to integrate them into the existing internal staff and systems. Our goal is always to have staff up and running within two to four weeks.
