Our services are delivered primarily for regional Australian communities, not-for-profit organisations, volunteers, and local councils.

By using our services, you confirm that: - You are at least 18 years of age, or have consent from a parent, guardian, or supervising organisation - You will use our services lawfully, respectfully, and for their intended purpose

You agree not to: - Misuse our platforms or communities - Post or share harmful, misleading, abusive, or unlawful content - Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data - Use services in a way that compromises community safety, privacy, or trust

We reserve the right to suspend or remove access for breaches of these Terms or any community code of conduct.

Participation in Tec Exec–managed communities, training programs, or digital platforms is subject to: - These Terms - Any applicable Community Code of Conduct - Program-specific guidelines or conditions

We aim to provide safe, inclusive, and respectful digital spaces. Moderation may occur to protect participants and community wellbeing.


4. Communications & Consent

By providing your contact details, you consent to receive communications from The Tec Exec, which may include: - Emails - SMS or MMS messages - Phone calls or voicemail messages (including automated messages where permitted)
