Our Teams

Sundancers - Expressions is home to the Sundancers, our competitive travel dance team that has earned numerous awards at both the Regional and National level. Spanning multiple generations of dancers, the Sundancers are a truly special and close-knit team to be a part of.

Becoming a Sundancer is a meaningful commitment. Dancers train weekly in Track-level classes with a required minimum of classwork, along with opportunities for elective classes. Participation in summer Track-level training is also required, with dancers completing approximately 5–6 weeks of Track-level classes during the summer in order to be eligible to audition for the team in August. Sundancers travel to approximately five Regional competitions each season and attend Nationals every other year.
