Elite Track Level Training

The Elite Level Track Program is Expressions Dance Theatre's premier training pathway for dancers who are ready to take the next step. Similar to an elite sports program, it is designed for dedicated dancers seeking more rigorous training to develop their technique, artistry, strength, and performance skills.

Track dancers receive increased training opportunities while being held to higher expectations in the areas of commitment, attendance, work ethic, and summer training. Placement is by invitation only, and dancers are evaluated annually based on their technical growth, class performance, dedication, and overall readiness.

Current EDT Families: Dancers are typically considered for Track placement around ages 6–7, though recommendations are based on individual readiness and development rather than age alone.
