Terms and Conditions

Organization: Network Together, LLC, an affiliate of the iNET Alliance, including iNET Media & Events and iNET Publishing House (“Network Together,” “iNET,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website (the “Site”), participating in our events, or engaging with our digital platforms, you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Site.

Network Together reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The date of the most recent update will appear above. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site or register for membership.

When creating an account or membership profile, you agree that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity under your account.

If we determine that your account information is inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading, or if you violate these Terms, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice.

3. Community and Member Conduct

By engaging with Network Together, both online and in person, you agree to uphold the Network Together Code of Conduct and Member Commitments.

These standards include, but are not limited to:

  • Acting with honesty, integrity, and professionalism in all business and community interactions.

  • Treating all participants, guests, and team members with respect, free from discrimination, harassment, or intimidation.

  • Upholding the belief that “relationships create community, and commerce follows.”

  • Avoiding any behavior that disrupts, damages, or undermines the experience or reputation of the organization, its members, or affiliates.

Violations of these standards may result in disciplinary action, including account suspension or termination of membership, at our sole discretion.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use this Site or any related platforms to:

  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any organization or individual.

  • Transmit spam, malware, or any harmful code.

  • Copy, scrape, or reproduce Site content for commercial use without written consent.

  • Interfere with the functionality or security of the Site.

  • Use automated systems (bots, crawlers, or scripts) to access or collect data.

  • Engage in any activity that violates local, state, or federal laws.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to anyone who engages in prohibited activity.

5. Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, logos, design elements, media, and materials on this Site are the intellectual property of Network Together, LLC or its affiliates and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Site or its content without express written permission.

  • Your name and contact information;

  • A description or URL of the work in question; and

  • A good faith statement of belief that the use is unauthorized.

6. Availibility, Accuracy, and Disclaimer

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information on this Site is accurate and current. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the Site will be error-free or secure at all times.

All services and materials are provided “AS IS” without any warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Network Together, LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this Site, participation in our programs, or inability to access the Site.

  • Our total liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount you paid to Network Together for the specific service giving rise to the claim. This limitation reflects the risk allocation agreed between parties and will apply even if any limited remedy fails of its essential purpose.

8. Indemnification

Residents of California (and states with similar laws) may have additional rights, including the right to know/access, correct, delete, and opt-out of certain sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not “sell” personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA. To submit a request, contact [email protected]. You may designate an authorized agent to act on your behalf (we will require proof of authorization and verification).

9. Event and Membership Terms

Participation in Network Together or iNET Alliance events, programs, or memberships may require additional terms and agreements, including payment policies, cancellation terms, and photo/media releases.

By attending an event or submitting membership dues, you acknowledge and agree to abide by such terms, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms of Service.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of the Site shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any claim or legal proceeding shall be filed exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and both parties consent to personal jurisdiction there.

To promote resolution without litigation, both parties agree to attempt mediation in good faith before pursuing court action.

11. No Class Actions

You and Network Together agree that any claims shall be brought only in your individual capacity and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site or related services at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to our community or operations.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Code of Conduct, and Membership Guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between you and Network Together regarding your use of this Site and supersede all prior communications or understandings.
