Welcome to PinnaclePatriots.com (the “Website”), operated by Pinnacle Patriots (“Pinnacle Patriots,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this Website and participation in any Pinnacle Patriots programs, including the Keys & Cash / Community Heroes Program (the “Program”).

By accessing this Website, submitting information, or participating in any Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. No Agency, Financial, or Legal Advice

Pinnacle Patriots is not a lender, bank, mortgage broker, or financial institution. We do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. Any information provided on this Website or in connection with the Program is for general informational purposes only.

Participants are encouraged to consult their own lender, attorney, tax advisor, or other professional regarding their specific situation.

2. Program Overview

The Pinnacle Patriots Keys & Cash / Community Heroes Program is a voluntary marketing and community recognition program designed to support qualifying community heroes.

Eligible participants may receive a post-closing financial benefit derived solely from a portion of the gross real estate commission earned by the licensed real estate agent representing the participant, as permitted under Pennsylvania law and subject to brokerage policy and compliance requirements.

Participation in the Program does not guarantee the receipt of any rebate, award, or financial benefit.

3. Eligibility Requirements

Eligibility is limited to qualifying individuals within designated community hero categories, including but not limited to firefighters, military service members, educators, healthcare workers, and law enforcement professionals.

All eligibility must be verified and approved prior to execution of a real estate purchase or sale agreement. Pinnacle Patriots reserves the right to request reasonable documentation to verify eligibility.

Failure to meet eligibility requirements or provide sufficient documentation may result in denial of Program participation.

4. Participating Brokerage & Agent Requirement

Program benefits are available only when a participant works with a participating Pennsylvania-licensed real estate brokerage and assigned agent.

Use of a non-participating brokerage or agent will result in forfeiture of Program benefits.

5. How Program Benefits Are Distributed

If approved and if the transaction successfully closes:

A qualifying participant may receive up to 25% of the gross commission earned by their representing agent, subject to brokerage approval and applicable law.

The benefit, if provided, may be distributed post-closing or in another legally permissible manner, subject to lender, settlement agent, and brokerage requirements.

No benefit is issued if the transaction does not close.

Program benefits may not be combined with other brokerage incentives unless expressly approved in writing.

6. No Lender Affiliation

The Program is not a mortgage loan, financing product, or lender incentive. No lender, bank, or financial institution sponsors, participates in, or administers the Program.

Participation does not require the use of any specific lender, title company, attorney, inspector, or settlement service provider.

7. Non-Transferability & Limitations

Program benefits are non-transferable and non-assignable.

Benefits are payable only to the qualifying participant who completes the transaction.

Pinnacle Patriots reserves the right to deny, revoke, or audit participation for fraud, misrepresentation, or non-compliance.

8. Tax Responsibility

Participants are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with any Program benefit received. A Form 1099 may be issued when required by law.

9. Website Use & Submission

You agree not to:

Submit false, misleading, or incomplete information

Use the Website for unlawful purposes

Interfere with Website functionality or security

All information submitted through this Website must be accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge.

10. Privacy

Your use of this Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

11. Program Modifications & Termination

Pinnacle Patriots reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, Website content, or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pinnacle Patriots shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program or use of the Website.

13. Geographic Limitation

The Program is currently available only for qualifying real estate transactions within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
