Founder and Director of Functional Training Company Ltd. The company was founded when I left the Royal Air Force in December 2012 after serving 22 years as a Physical Training Instructor, and then as a Specialist Joint Service Exercise Rehabilitation Instructor.
The aim of FTC is provide fitness to all – our mantra is – Affordable Excellence
Remember Excellence is a mandatory requirement not a vague aspiration.

I am the Membership / Accounts Manger and mainly responsible for overseeing all the membership/plans here at FTC, individual or corporate, accounts, invoicing, budgeting, Although I also oversee Clubright our software management system and many other things……………….
Occasionally you will see me around the Gym (I’m married to the Boss) but I’m mainly in the office or working from home, if you have any queries or questions regarding your membership or looking for a corporate deal please feel free to email me [email protected]
