  • INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY


    All materials created by Legend Boudoir Photography, including but not limited to photographs, content, graphics, and promotional materials, remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated. Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the materials for personal use only. The client warrants that any content provided to us does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties.

  • CONFIDENTIALITY


    Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive information disclosed during the business relationship. Confidential information includes business strategies, client data, and other proprietary information not publicly known.

  • LIMITATION OF LIABILITY


    Legend Boudoir Photography will not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. In no event will our aggregate liability exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in dispute.
