~ The client is responsible for supervising the caregiver
~ The client assumes responsibility for wages, taxes, and employment compliance

Company Employment Model

~ In certain circumstances, caregivers may be employed or contracted by the Company and assigned to clients.

Specific service terms will be outlined in separate agreements.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Be Inspired Nannies & Domestic Staffing shall not be liable for:
