Be Inspired Nannies & Domestic Staffing provides nanny and household staffing services including but not limited to:

~ Full-Time Nanny Placement
~ Part-Time Nanny Placement
~ Temporary and Seasonal Nanny Placement
~ Babysitting Services
~ Household Staff Placement (including private chefs, household managers, and similar positions)
~ Screening and referral services for childcare providers

Services may be offered either as:

~ Placement Services: The Company introduces clients to qualified caregivers, after which the caregiver may be hired directly by the client.
~ Employment Services: In certain situations, caregivers may be employed or contracted by the Company and assigned to provide services to clients.

The specific arrangement will be disclosed during the service engagement process.

3. Eligibility

By using our services, you represent that:

~ You are at least 18 years of age
~ You have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements
~ All information you provide to the Company is accurate and truthful

The Company reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging nanny or childcare services agree to:

~ Provide a safe and respectful work environment
~ Follow all applicable local, state, and federal labor laws
~ Clearly communicate expectations, duties, and schedules
~ Provide accurate household and childcare information
~ Treat caregivers with professionalism and respect

Clients are responsible for complying with any applicable tax, wage, or employment laws when hiring caregivers directly.

5. Caregiver Screening and Background Checks

The Company may conduct various screening procedures including:

~ Identity verification
~ Reference checks
~ Employment history review
~ Background checks where permitted by law

However, the Company cannot guarantee the future conduct, reliability, or performance of any caregiver.

Clients are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence prior to hiring or accepting services.

6. Independent Contractor and Employment Status

Caregivers introduced through the platform may operate under different engagement structures including:

Placement Model

When hired directly by a client, caregivers are employees of the client household, not employees of the Company.

In these cases:

~ The client assumes responsibility for wages, taxes, and compliance with labor laws.
~ The Company acts solely as a referral and placement service.

Company Employment Model

In certain service arrangements, caregivers may be employed or contracted by Be Inspired Nannies & Domestic Staffing and assigned to clients.

In such cases, employment terms will be governed by a separate service agreement.

7. Scheduling and Availability

Caregiver availability is subject to scheduling constraints and demand.

The Company does not guarantee that a specific caregiver will always be available for a requested time or service.

Clients should provide reasonable notice when scheduling services.

8. Payments and Fees

Fees for services may include:

~ Placement fees
~ Hourly service rates
~ Membership or booking fees
~ Agency administrative fees

~ All pricing will be communicated prior to service confirmation.

~ Payments may be processed through approved payment platforms and are subject to their terms and processing fees.

~ Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the type of service.

Unless otherwise specified:

~ Cancellations made within 72 hours of scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.
~ Search and placement fees non-refundable.

10. Replacement Policy

If a placed caregiver becomes unavailable or the placement is not successful, the Company may offer replacement candidates depending on which package the client chooses.

Replacement services are subject to availability and the terms of the original service agreement.

11. Confidentiality

Both clients and caregivers agree to maintain confidentiality regarding:

~ Household information
~ Personal family matters
~ Private contact information
~ Security details of the residence

Disclosure of such information without permission may result in termination of services.

12. Safety and Emergency Situations

Clients must provide caregivers with information regarding:

~ Emergency contacts
~ Medical needs of children
~ Household safety procedures

Caregivers are expected to act in good faith in emergency situations to ensure the safety of children under their care.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Be Inspired Nannies & Domestic Staffing shall not be liable for:

~ Actions or conduct of caregivers
~ Injuries occurring during childcare services
~ Loss or damage to personal property
~ Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

The Company provides introductions and staffing services but does not control the day-to-day conduct of caregivers working directly for client households.

14. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Be Inspired Nannies & Domestic Staffing, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

~ The client’s use of the services
~ Employment relationships formed between clients and caregivers
~ Any violation of applicable laws or regulations.

15. Website Use

Users of the website agree not to:

~ Attempt to interfere with the functionality of the website

~ Misrepresent identity when submitting forms or inquiries
