These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://www.carbixautodetailing.com (the “Site”) and services provided by Carbix Auto Detailing (“Carbix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or booking services, you agree to these Terms.

1) Services

Carbix provides mobile auto detailing services and related add-ons. Services, pricing, and availability may change.

2) Booking, Rescheduling, and Cancellations

Appointments may be booked through our online booking system or by contacting us. Cancellation and rescheduling rules may vary by service and are displayed during checkout/booking. If you book through a third-party scheduling provider, their checkout flow may also display additional terms.

3) Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party providers. Carbix does not store full payment card details. Fees, deposits, and late cancellation/no-show policies (if any) will be presented at booking.

4) Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate contact and appointment information, ensure access to the vehicle at the scheduled time, and remove personal items as needed. You acknowledge that certain conditions (excessive contamination, pet hair, biohazards) may require additional time/fees, which will be discussed before work proceeds.

5) No Guarantees

Results depend on vehicle condition, paint history, and prior damage. Carbix does not guarantee complete removal of all defects (e.g., deep scratches, prior paint damage) unless explicitly stated in writing.

6) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Carbix is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount paid for that service.

7) Intellectual Property

Site content (logos, text, images) belongs to Carbix or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
