We are currently seeking an experienced Clinic Administrator to join our team and help us continue to provide top-notch service to our patients. Modoma is a leader in our industry providing medical massage and rehabilitation under the direction of medical oversight. We have 100 employees at our four locations in the great Dallas area. This year we added regenerative knee injections as a new service line and will continue to add new service lines as we keep growing and expanding.

Job Summary:

The Clinic Administrator will assist in achieving the companies' strategic objective through the review and the evaluation of the company's orchestration of service delivery systems. This will be achieved by providing recommendations to maintain and/or improve the results of production which in turn will increase patient's fulfillment and the retention of quality clients.

Responsibilities:

Clinic Operations:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the medical clinic.

  • Ensure that the clinic is organized, clean, and runs efficiently.

  • Manage clinic supplies and equipment, ensuring that all necessary items are in stock and in working order.

Staff Management:

  • Hire, train, and supervise clinic staff, including administrative, medical, and support staff.

  • Schedule staff shifts and manage time-off requests.

  • Conduct performance evaluations and address any staff issues or concerns.

Patient Relations:

  • Greet and assist patients with scheduling appointments, answering questions, and addressing concerns.

  • Ensure that patient records are accurately maintained and kept confidential.

  • Handle patient billing and insurance questions, resolving any discrepancies or issues.

Financial Management:

  • Oversee the clinic budget, including payroll, expenses, and revenue.

  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Compliance and Regulations:

  • Ensure that the clinic complies with all local, state, and federal regulations, including health and safety ` standards.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and implement them as appropriate.

Skills/Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of management experience

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with patients and other external parties in a courteous and friendly manner.

  • Proficiency in G Suite and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

  • Knowledge of medical billing and insurance procedures.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with poise.

  • Dependable and reliable with meeting goals, deadlines and other performance expectations

  • Strong customer service skills are required

Special Requirements:

This position must be willing to occasionally travel between Modoma medical clinics.
