Our Cancellation Policy

PLEASE READ

Your appointment time at Modoma Wellness is valuable and has been specifically reserved just for you. We want to make sure that you get the most out of your care plan and receive the best results possible! In order for that to happen, it takes a commitment to consistently showing up for your visits and communicating with our team when unexpected things come up.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with us for any reason, we kindly ask that you notify us 24 hrs prior to your scheduled appointment time. Please note for brand new patients, we allow a one-time rescheduling policy.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice (same day cancellations) will be charged $50 in order to protect our employee’s and patients’ time.

Any appointments that are missed (no call, no show) will be charged $50.

A valid Credit Card is required to be on file to reserve your appointment at Modoma ONLY for our Cancellation policy.

Please arrive 5 minutes EARLY if you have completed your paperwork prior to your appointment

If you haven’t completed your paperwork before arriving. Please come 15-20 minutes before your scheduled appointment to fill them out. This allows our Medical Provider to prepare for your appointment but most

importantly, it wouldn’t cut into your massage time if you forget and have to fill them out in the office.

To provide the best service possible for all of our patients, if for any reason (or no reason) you are 15 minutes late for your appointment, we will not be able to see you and will have to reschedule your appointment.

Since we are a medical clinic, we do not accept walk-ins at this time due to our schedule being regularly booked out two weeks in advance. It’s very important that you arrive on time and consistently so you can maximize your long-term health and wellness success.

Schedule

Once you schedule your appointment, our team will promptly review your insurance coverage and begin preparing for your visit, ensuring a seamless and well-organized experience tailored to your specific needs and focused on resolving the issue with your knee.

Initial Visit

During your initial visit, our experienced medical team will conduct a thorough orthopedic examination of your knee. Based on the findings, we'll create a tailored care plan to address your needs. If feasible, we'll also administer the first injection on the same day for prompt relief.
