Collective — an Exclusive Community
for Real Estate Leaders with $1B in
Career Sales

Los Angeles, CA, October 20, 2021—Luxury Presence, the all-in-one real estate marketing company,
today announced the launch of Global Collective, an exclusive global referral network for its top-
grossing customers. This network will be members-only and comprise agents and teams with at least
$1B in career sales.
The community was created to help its members broaden their exposure to their high-end listings, enable
valuable referral opportunities, and gain access to high-intent buyers and sellers around the world.
Additionally, these elite brokers can share knowledge and best practices with a distinguished group of
peers.
“The Global Collective will serve as a way for successful brokers at the top of their games to share
experiences and connect with each other on a more personal level,” said Malte Kramer, Luxury
Presence’s founder and CEO. “Our hope is that, within the community, agents will be able to cross-
promote their luxury properties to reach a wider global audience of high net worth individuals.”
Global Collective is launching with 30 members including many of North America’s most successful
agents such as Barry Cohen ($6 billion in career sales), Jade Mills ($6 billion in career sales), Dawn
McKenna ($2.5 billion in career sales), Matthew Breitenbach ($2 billion in career sales), Ginger Martin
($2 billion in career sales), The Fridman Group (over $1 billion in current active listings), K. Ann Brizolis
($1 billion in career sales) and Frontgate Real Estate ($1 Billion in career sales).
Luxury Presence plans to grow membership to over 100 members over the next year with an increased
focus on international luxury markets. There will be an annual event for the Global Collective, with the
first one being held in January 2022 in Los Angeles.
