These sessions are for moments when life feels heavy — grief, illness, burnout, emotional overwhelm, transition, or simply feeling worn down by holding too much for too long. This is not therapy or counselling.
It is human support — quiet, grounded, and deeply respectful. You are met exactly as you are, without pressure to perform, explain, or “work on” anything.

Nothing is required.
