Where We Started
Luke’s Plumbing & Gas has been a part of the Toowoomba community since 1993. What started as a small operation has grown into one of the region’s most trusted plumbing and gas fitting businesses, built on a foundation of hard work and genuine service.
After completing his apprenticeship, Luke spent another four years working alongside his boss before the opportunity came to take over the business in 2008. It was a natural next step for someone who’d dedicated his career to the trade.
Where We Are Today
With over 25 years of hands-on experience, Luke continues to operate as a small business by choice. Every job gets his full attention, from the initial phone call through to the final clean-up. No shortcuts, no sending someone else.
Today, Luke’s Plumbing & Gas services the greater Toowoomba region, tackling everything from straightforward tap repairs to complex gas installations and excavation work with our 1.7-tonne excavator and tipper truck.

Luke’s Plumbing & Gas was originally established in 1993. Luke took over ownership in 2008 and has been running the business ever since — over 18 years as owner-operator.

Absolutely. Luke holds all required plumbing and gas fitting licences for Queensland. Every job is completed to Australian standards and fully compliant with local regulations.
Do you have insurance?
Yes, Luke’s Plumbing & Gas carries full public liability and professional indemnity insurance. You’re covered from the moment we step on your property.
What areas do you cover?
We service Toowoomba and all surrounding suburbs within an 80km radius. This includes Highfields, Oakey, Gatton, Dalby, and everywhere in between.
Do you work on commercial properties?
Yes, we handle both residential and commercial plumbing and gas work. Whether it’s a home kitchen or a commercial fit-out, we deliver the same standard of service.
