MAAT APP
The MAAT app is how we manage the academy and how you manage your child’s profile.
HOW TO USE MAAT APP
The app allows you to:
- Book sessions
- Cancel or reschedule sessions
- Manage memberships
- Track attendance
You’ll be using it regularly, so it’s worth getting familiar with it early.
Booking Sessions
- Navigate to the timetable
- Tap the session you want (you can book up to 2 weeks ahead)
- Confirm your booking
- Ensure you book every class — this helps with attendance, grading, and class planning
To cancel a class, simply open the session in the app and remove your booking.
Payment Options
Inside the app you’ll find the membership options relevant to your programme. Please ensure you select the correct membership type for your child.

LEADERBOARD
There is a leaderboard within the app, and we give prizes to those at the top.
Make sure you log attendance for as many sessions as possible for a chance to win something at the end of every three months.
STANDARD CLASS TIMES
All class times can be found here or on the Haslemere Jiu Jitsu website, the class can even be booked directly from there once you have the MAAT app installed.

Ages 4–9
Thursday: 4:30pm to 5:30pm (Gi session)
Sunday: 11:00am to 12:00pm (Gi session)
Ages 10–14
Tuesday: 4:30pm to 5:30pm (Gi session)
Wednesday: 4:30pm to 5:30pm (NoGi session)
