Thursday: 4:30pm to 5:30pm (Gi session)
Sunday: 11:00am to 12:00pm (Gi session)
Ages 10–14
Tuesday: 4:30pm to 5:30pm (Gi session)
Wednesday: 4:30pm to 5:30pm (NoGi session)

Children are graded based on attendance, engagement, skill progression, and attitude. We do not rush grading. Grading events happen a few times per year and are communicated via WhatsApp.

Gi uses a traditional uniform with grips.
NoGi uses rash guards and shorts/leggings and focuses on movement without clothing grips.
