Upfront Payments: For one-off automation builds, payment is required in full at the time of purchase or before work begins.Retainers: For longer-term projects, we charge a retainer that must be paid on an agreed schedule, typically monthly. Payment Processor: We use Stripe to process payments securely. By using our services, you agree to Stripe’s Services Agreement and Privacy Policy. Late Payments: Failure to make timely payments may result in a suspension or termination of services.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

One-off Builds: Once development work has started on an automation project, no refunds will be issued, unless our service fails to meet the agreed guarantee of increasing your revenue, saving time, or improving your margins. Ongoing Services: Retainer-based services may be cancelled by providing 30 days' written notice. Any payments already made are non-refundable unless our services fail to meet the agreed guarantee of increasing your revenue, saving time, or improving your margins.Guarantee: If our services do not result in improvements in revenue, time savings, or margin enhancement as agreed in the service contract, you may request a refund. This applies to both one-off builds and ongoing retainer services, subject to documented proof of unmet expectations.Exceptions: Refunds may be provided in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of Renewal Consultancy.

5. Use of Services

Authorised Use: You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with all applicable laws and regulations.Prohibited Activities: You may not use our services in any way that: Violates any local, national, or international law.Involves fraudulent activities or the promotion of unlawful behaviour. Involves using automated systems (such as bots) to extract data from our website or services without permission.Engages in activities listed as prohibited under Stripe’s terms (e.g., illegal business activities, gambling, or pornography).
