Specific service details, timelines, deliverables, and fees are outlined in individual proposals, agreements, or written communications.

2. Client Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide required content, approvals, credentials, and assets in a timely manner

  • Respond to communications within a reasonable timeframe

  • Review and approve deliverables promptly

  • Adhere to the agreed project scope

Delays in communication or approvals may impact project timelines and outcomes.

3. Payments and Billing

  • All pricing is agreed upon prior to service commencement

  • An upfront deposit (typically 50%) may be required

  • Remaining balances are due as outlined in your agreement

  • Late payments may result in service suspension

  • Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing

4. Intellectual Property

All original content, strategies, designs, and media created by Courimo INC remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

Upon full payment, ownership of agreed-upon deliverables may transfer to you as defined in your service agreement.

You retain ownership of materials you provide.

Courimo INC reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of all information shared with us and will not knowingly disclose sensitive information without authorization. Additional confidentiality agreements may be executed upon request.

6. Results Disclaimer

Digital marketing results vary due to external factors beyond our control, including market conditions, competition, platform updates, and algorithm changes.

Courimo INC does not guarantee:

  • Revenue, profit, or sales outcomes

  • Specific return on investment (ROI)

  • Search engine rankings

  • Advertising performance metrics

All services are provided on a best-effort basis using professional expertise and data-driven strategies.

7. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel services at any time with written notice.

Upon cancellation:

  • You will be billed for work completed up to the cancellation date

  • Remaining deliverables will be provided “as-is”

  • Refunds, if any, are issued at Courimo INC’s discretion

We reserve the right to terminate services for non-payment, breach of Terms, or prolonged lack of communication.

8. SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

Program Description

By submitting your phone number through our website forms, scheduling tools, or service inquiry forms, and by checking the dedicated SMS consent checkbox, you expressly consent to receive informational and transactional text messages from Courimo INC.

These messages may include:

  • Appointment confirmations

  • Appointment reminders

  • Responses to inquiries

  • Service-related updates

  • Account notifications

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency may vary depending on your interactions with our services.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message received from us.

After sending STOP:

To rejoin, you must opt in again through the original sign-up method.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Our messaging program is supported by major wireless carriers in the United States and Canada; however, delivery is not guaranteed across all carriers.

Age Restriction
