I'm Here for You!
Michael Lund is the guy you'll be working with. He has some assistants and partners, but you might as well know a little about him. (This website also has a bunch of videos that let you hear him talk, by the way. He also has a YouTube channel.)
Michael spent twenty-seven years as a software engineer after graduating from college with a physics degree. Things were going alright, except for that mid-life crisis . . . . He wondered what his legacy would look like at the end of his career, and he longed to do something that would make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals. His segue-way into real estate came out of a desire to assist families who were sorting through the problems that follow the loss of a loved one. His goal was not just to do real estate, but also to create a holistic, concierge package of answers for many problems they face. He came to specialize in helping financially-distressed homeowners.

Families come in many shapes and sizes. Michael is grateful to be a doting husband, father, grandfather, son, and brother. He enjoys family history, translates German genealogical records, and has even written a book about his 3rd-great-grandfather from England. It's a pleasure for him to help other people come to know their families.
Music
Michael loves music and likes to play piano. His parents started him on piano when he was five years old and patiently put up with his lame excuses for not practicing as much as he should have during high school when life was crowding in around him. (He tracked down his piano teacher years later to express his appreciation and to apologize for being such a putz.) Today, he's thankful they let him stay with it. He gets to help out with music at church and occasionally performs to very appreciative crowds in assisted living communities.
