• At this stage, we can only accommodate allergy requests such as no nuts – we will try our best to keep our baking products separate ensuring cleanliness and of course, elimination of nuts in our baking.

The best option is to have a non-slip mat placed on the bottom of the car floor to put the cake box on top. Cakes are best transported flat on the car floor with good air conditioning and no direct sunlight to keep firm during transportation. Please be advised sometimes tiered cakes are best held on the passenger’s lap, especially if the route to your destination has hills or gravel roads. If picking up, I will advise you on the best way of transport.

You can only get a refund if you cancel 2 weeks prior to the event date. We will deduct the non-refundable deposit and pay out the remaining balance. If you made payments and decide to cancel within the 2-week period of the event date, you will not be entitled to a refund. The only option is a credit note towards your next order less the non-refundable deposit which will be absorbed as a result of your cancellation/postponement

In the event of a hard lockdown due to Covid and your event being affected, we are happy to postpone your event or use monies paid (incl. non-refundable deposit) as credit for your next order.

In the case where we are unable to fulfil your order due to personal/business circumstances, you will be notified immediately and a full refund will be issued.

We need preferably 2 weeks’ notice. For last minute orders, at least a week notice considering the balance must be paid within 48 hours of receiving the invoice.

Delivery is subject to availability on the day of the event. It is an additional cost which starts from $20 and depends on how far the location is from Williams Landing. Tolls & access to venues (such as remote locations, venues with difficult entry points and staircases) are also taken into the delivery fee.

Yes, a 50% percent non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking for all orders under $1000 and a 30% non-refundable deposit is required for orders over $1000. Deposit percentage may change subject to Niuafe’s discretion.

The cake must always be kept in a cool room or at room temperature because it’s covered in buttercream. If it’s a hot day, please have air conditioning in the room or if not put it into the fridge and bring out an hour before event starts. Cake can be frozen by double wrapping in glad wrap and can last for up to 3 months. If storing in fridge, consume within 5 days, ensuring cake is packaged and wrapped securely.
