Skilled Nursing & Therapeutic Care Designed for Medically Complex Children
Our Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care (PPEC) center provides comprehensive, physician-led medical and therapeutic services for children from newborn to 20 years old with medically complex conditions. We deliver daily skilled nursing care, specialized therapies, educational support, and nutritional services — all in a safe, structured, and nurturing environment fully covered by Medicaid for eligible patients.

At our PPEC center, we go beyond traditional clinic or hospital visits. We provide ongoing, coordinated care that supports each child’s medical stability, developmental progress, and overall well-being.
Every child receives an individualized plan of care prescribed by their physician and developed in partnership with their parent or legal guardian. Our multidisciplinary team ensures that medical, therapeutic, and educational needs are addressed together — not separately.
Skilled Nursing Services
Our skilled nursing services provide continuous medical supervision and compassionate clinical care throughout the day. Children who require ongoing medical support benefit from consistent monitoring in a structured setting where their health, safety, and comfort are the highest priorities. Our nursing team works closely with physicians and families to ensure each child’s care plan is followed with precision and attention.
Speech Therapy
Our licensed speech therapists work with your child to improve their overall
day-to-day communication skills and vocabulary.
Speech therapy focuses on improving a child’s communication abilities and overall interaction skills. Our licensed professionals work to support language development and functional communication, helping children express themselves more effectively and engage more confidently with others in their daily environment.
Behavioral Therapy

Physical Therapy

Nutrition & Meals

Transportation Assistance
We assist families by coordinating transportation to help ensure consistent access to care. Our goal is to reduce stress for parents and make it easier for children to attend our center regularly and safely.
Medicaid Coverage
PPEC services are fully covered for children who are eligible for Medicaid. Our administrative team assists families with verifying eligibility and guiding them through the enrollment process to make access to care as smooth as possible.
