These Terms of Use explain the rules and expectations for using our platform to connect with a local plumber.
By submitting a service request, calling, texting, or interacting with NeighborFlow in any way, you agree to these terms.

1. What NeighborFlow Is

NeighborFlow is a platform that connects homeowners in the Boston area with independently licensed plumbers.
We are
not a plumbing contractor and we do not provide plumbing services ourselves.

We:

  • collect your job details

  • route your request to nearby plumbers

  • allow plumbers to contact you directly

    We do not supervise, control, or guarantee a plumber’s work, availability, pricing, or performance.

2. Emergency Disclaimer

NeighborFlow is not an emergency service provider.
If you are facing a life-safety emergency, leave this website and call 911 or your local emergency service.

3. Your Responsibilities as a Homeowner

To use NeighborFlow, you agree to:

  • provide accurate contact information

  • describe your plumbing issue truthfully

  • be reachable when a plumber responds

  • use the platform for lawful purposes only

You agree not to:

  • harass plumbers

  • submit fake service requests

  • use the platform to gather competitive information

  • misuse the system in a way that disrupts service for others

4. Third-Party Plumbers

All plumbers connected through NeighborFlow:

  • operate independently

  • are not employees, contractors, or agents of NeighborFlow

  • set their own pricing, schedule, and service standards

Any job you accept or schedule is solely between you and the plumber.

NeighborFlow is not responsible for:

  • workmanship

  • property damage

  • pricing

  • scheduling

  • cancellations

  • delays

You are encouraged to:

  • request a quote

  • ask for identification

  • review licenses or credentials

  • confirm details directly with the plumber

5. Communication Consent

By using NeighborFlow, you consent to:

  • receiving texts and calls

  • automated call routing

  • communication from both NeighborFlow and plumbers

We use trusted third-party providers (such as Twilio and HighLevel) to route communications.
Standard carrier rates may apply.

6. Fees

NeighborFlow does not charge homeowners for using the platform.

Plumbers may charge you directly for their services.
We are not involved in job pricing, billing, payment disputes, or refunds.

7. Platform Availability

We try to keep NeighborFlow available at all times, but:

  • service may be interrupted

  • plumbers may not always be available

  • message routing may experience delays

NeighborFlow is not liable for downtime or communication failures.

8. Limitation of Liability

NeighborFlow is not responsible for:

  • damages to your home

  • injuries

  • loss of property

  • service dissatisfaction

  • delayed or incomplete responses

  • plumber behavior

  • any losses resulting from using or not being able to use the platform

To the fullest extent allowed by law, NeighborFlow is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.
