Follow all safety instructions provided during sessions.
Use equipment responsibly during in-person, home, or virtual training.
All sessions and packages must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payments include: credit/debit card, online transfer, or approved digital payment methods.
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel services if payment is incomplete or invalid.
Clients must cancel or reschedule their training sessions at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the session. Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be counted as a completed session and will not be eligible for a refund or credit. Rescheduling is allowed once per session and is subject to our availability. No-shows, where the client does not attend the scheduled session without notice, will also be treated as a completed session. Consistent last-minute cancellations may affect future scheduling availability.
