02 What's the actual pricing model, and how does it work?

We don't believe in one-size-fits-all pricing because every business is different. Some clients work with us on pure revenue share — we only get paid when you win. Others need ongoing support, so we structure a hybrid model with a base fee plus commission. Some need administrative support, so we charge an hourly rate. During your discovery call, we'll understand your business, your offer, and your goals, then propose a model that makes sense for both of us. We're flexible, and we're aligned on growth.

03 How do you ensure my brand stays protected and my customers are treated right?

Your brand is your legacy. We treat every customer interaction like it's our own business on the line — because our reputation depends on it. Our team is trained in your offer, your positioning, and your standards before they ever pick up the phone. We provide ongoing coaching, call monitoring, and feedback. You'll have access to call recordings so you can hear exactly how your customers are being treated. 05 How quickly will I see results?

It depends on your business model and sales cycle. If you're in a one-call-close environment — like appointment setting or a straightforward service offer — expect to see revenue in the first week or two. If you're in a longer strategic sales cycle where you're building relationships and doing account management over time, expect results over weeks to months. The key is: we'll know immediately if it's working. We don't waste time on approaches that aren't converting. We iterate fast and double down on what works.

06 What disqualifies a prospect?

A few things. One: if your offer isn't solid or you're not willing to invest time refining it, we'll be honest that sales won't fix a broken product. Two: if you're not serious about growth or you're looking for a quick fix without commitment, we're not the fit. Three: we only take one business type per service area, so if we're already working with another company in your market, we can't take you on. And four: if the numbers don't make sense — if your margins are too thin or your customer lifetime value is too low — we'll tell you upfront that outsourced sales won't work for your model.
