By accessing or using the Gritworx website ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Site.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Gritworx ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

Gritworx is a growth partner outsourcing company that provides revenue generation, revenue support, revenue recovery, and sales operations support services to businesses. The Site provides information about our services, allows you to schedule discovery calls, submit inquiries, and access downloadable resources.
The Site includes the following interactive features:
A revenue calculator that provides estimated revenue gap projections based on user-provided inputs
A pre-call qualifier form for scheduling discovery calls
A scheduling tool for booking appointments with the Gritworx team
A lead magnet download (The Revenue Generation Playbook) in exchange for contact information

Use of the Website
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

When you submit information through forms on the Site (including the pre-call qualifier, contact form, revenue calculator, or lead magnet download form), you represent and warrant that:

You have the authority to provide such information
Your submission does not violate the rights of any third party
Information submitted through the Site will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By submitting information, you grant Gritworx the right to use that information to contact you, evaluate potential business opportunities, and provide our services.

Scheduling & Discovery Calls
The Site allows you to schedule discovery calls with the Gritworx team through an integrated scheduling tool. By scheduling a call, you understand that:
Scheduling a call does not create a binding agreement for services
Discovery calls are complimentary and designed to evaluate mutual fit
Gritworx reserves the right to decline or reschedule any appointment at its discretion
Any information discussed during discovery calls is preliminary and does not constitute a formal proposal, contract, or guarantee of results

Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, icons, audio, video, software, and design elements — is the property of Gritworx or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any materials from the Site without the prior written consent of Gritworx, except as follows:
You may download one copy of the Revenue Generation Playbook for your personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not modify it or remove any copyright or proprietary notices
Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials
The Gritworx name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Gritworx. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

Disclaimers
Revenue Calculator: The revenue calculator tool on the Site provides estimated projections based on generalized assumptions and the information you provide. These estimates are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee, promise, or prediction of actual results. Actual revenue outcomes depend on numerous factors specific to your business, market, execution, and circumstances beyond Gritworx's control.
General: The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Gritworx disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Gritworx does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site or its servers are free of viruses or other harmful components.
Section 08
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Gritworx, its officers, directors, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with:

Any content or information obtained from the Site
Any decisions made based on revenue calculator estimates or other information on the Site
Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
In no event shall Gritworx's total liability exceed the amount you paid to Gritworx, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gritworx, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, services, or tools (including scheduling platforms, CRM systems, and analytics providers) that are not owned or controlled by Gritworx. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services you interact with through the Site.

Changes to This Policy
By submitting any form on the Site that includes your phone number, you expressly consent to receive communications from Gritworx via:
Telephone calls, including to mobile/cell phone numbers
SMS / text messages
Email communications
These communications may relate to your inquiry, scheduling confirmations, service information, and follow-up correspondence. Message and data rates may apply.
You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to any text message, clicking the unsubscribe link in any email, or contacting us directly at [email protected]. Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms or your access to or use of the Site shall be instituted in the state or federal courts located in the State of California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

Modifications to Terms
Gritworx reserves the right to revise, amend, or update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the Site.
For material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations, we will make reasonable efforts to provide prominent notice on the Site or notify you directly.

Severability & Waiver
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Waiver: The failure of Gritworx to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by Gritworx.
