How Bluebonnet Began
Dr. Davey M. Perrin saw a gap, not in the market, but in the care. Too many people in Ennis and the surrounding communities had two choices: drive to Dallas and pay premium prices for impersonal, assembly-line treatments… or settle for whatever was available locally, even if it fell short.
She built Bluebonnet to be the third option, the one that shouldn’t have been missing in the first place: a physician-owned practice with high-caliber technology, rooted in the kind of personal attention that only a community doctor can provide.
When Dr. Perrin decided to expand the practice’s laser and light capabilities, she didn’t cut corners. She invested in three of Cynosure’s most advanced platforms, the Clarity II®, the Ultra®, and the Xerf®, because her patients deserve the same standard of care found in the nation’s top aesthetic practices.

Dr. Perrin is a licensed physician with advanced training in aesthetic medicine, regenerative therapies, and laser science. She makes certain her team are trained and certified on every Cynosure platform in the Bluebonnet laser suite, the Clarity II®, Ultra®, and Xerf®, ensuring that every treatment is delivered with physician-level precision and oversight.
Her philosophy is simple: treat every patient like family, invest in the best technology available, and never stop learning. She regularly attends advanced training seminars, Cynosure education programs, and aesthetic medicine classes to stay at the forefront of the field.
