Laser Skin Treatments: Clear, Correct, Renew.

Sun damage. Brown spots. Redness. Scars. Uneven texture. Spider veins. Whatever your skin is telling you, our Cynosure laser suite has the answer, with precision, safety, and results you can see.

Sun Damage & Brown Spot Correction

Years of Texas sunshine leave their mark, brown spots, sun spots, age spots, and uneven pigmentation on the face, hands, chest, and arms. At Bluebonnet, we have multiple laser and light-based approaches to clear and correct pigmentation:

Option 1:
Clarity II®, Pigmented Lesion  Treatment

The Clarity II®’s 755nm Alexandrite wavelength is highly absorbed by melanin, making it exceptionally effective at targeting and breaking down pigmented lesions. For darker skin types, the 1064nm Nd:YAG wavelength provides a safe alternative that reaches pigment with less risk of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.

  • Best for: Targeted spots, age spots, freckles, sun spots

  • Sessions: 1–3

  • Downtime: Minimal

Option 2:
Ultra® IPL Photofacial (MaxG)

Optimized Light™ IPL covers a broader area and addresses multiple concerns simultaneously, clearing brown spots, reducing redness, and evening out overall skin tone in a single session.

  • Best for: Widespread sun damage, uneven tone, combination pigment + vascular concerns

  • Sessions: 3–5

  • Downtime: Low

Option 3:
Xerf®

When sun damage goes beyond surface spots, when the skin’s overall texture, tone, and structure have been compromised, the Xerf® provides comprehensive resurfacing that treats the full depth of photodamage, removing damaged surface layers and stimulating complete dermal renewal from within.

  1. Best for: Severe, multi-layered sun damage with textural changes

  2. Sessions: 1–2

  3. Downtime: 7–14 days

Bluebonnet’s Recommendation: During your consultation, Bluebonnet will assess your pigmentation type, depth, skin tone, and lifestyle to recommend the optimal approach — or a combination of technologies for the most complete correction.

Vascular Lesions, Redness & Rosacea

Facial redness, spider veins, broken capillaries, rosacea, and vascular lesions can make skin appear flushed, uneven, and older than it is. Our laser and light platforms target hemoglobin (the red pigment in blood vessels) to collapse and clear these unwanted vessels, revealing calm, clear, even-toned skin.

Option 1:
Clarity II® — Vascular Lesion Treatment

The long-pulsed wavelength penetrates deeply and is highly effective for vascular lesions, spider veins, and diffuse redness. Safe for a wide range of skin types.

  • Best for: Facial spider veins, broken capillaries, cherry angiomas, diffuse redness

  • Sessions: 1–3

  • Downtime: Minimal, mild redness for a few hours

Option 2:
Clarity II® — Leg Vein Treatment

The same powerful wavelength, optimized for the larger and deeper vessels found on the legs. Treats spider veins and reticular veins effectively.

  • Best for: Leg spider veins, reticular veins

  • Sessions: 2–4

  • Downtime: Minimal,  possible bruising for 5–7 days

Option 3:
UltraIPL® (MaxG / MaxYs)

IPL’s broad-spectrum light is excellent for widespread facial redness and rosacea, targeting diffuse vascular patterns across larger areas. The MaxYs handpiece provides additional wavelength filtering for stubborn or deeper vascular lesions.

  • Best for: Rosacea, widespread redness, combination pigment + vascular concerns

  • Sessions: 3–5

  • Downtime: Low, mild redness for 24–48 hours

Acne Scars, Surgical Scars & Scar Revision

Scars tell a story — but they don’t have to define your skin. Whether it’s acne scarring from your teens, a surgical scar, or a mark from an injury, our laser platforms can significantly improve the appearance, texture, and coloration of scars at every level of severity.

Mild to Moderate Scarring: Ultra® Fractional (1540nm)

The non-ablative fractional laser stimulates collagen remodeling within the scar tissue, gradually smoothing texture, filling depressions, and normalizing skin color, without removing the skin’s surface.

  • Sessions: 3–5

  • Ideal for: Mild acne scars, shallow boxcar scars, post-surgical scars (matured), stretch marks

Moderate to Severe Scarring: Xerf® Fractional Resurfacing

For deeper scars, ice-pick acne scars, rolling scars, prominent surgical scars, the Xerf® delivers fractional energy that triggers deep collagen remodeling. Often produces dramatic improvement in a single session.

  • Sessions: 1–3

  • Ideal for: Severe acne scarring, hypertrophic scars, deep textural irregularities

Signature Combination: Xerf® + PRP

Applying Platelet-Rich Plasma immediately after Xerf® resurfacing floods the treatment zone with concentrated growth factors, accelerating healing, reducing downtime, and amplifying the collagen response. This is one of the most powerful scar revision protocols available.

Pigmented / Discolored Scars: Clarity II®

If a scar’s primary concern is color, redness or brown discoloration, the Clarity II® can target the pigment or vascular component of the scar without affecting surrounding tissue.

Laser Skin Toning & Revitalization

Not every skin concern requires an aggressive treatment. Sometimes what you need is a gentle, cumulative refresh, brighter tone, tighter pores, smoother texture, a subtle glow that makes people ask, “What are you doing differently?”

Clarity II® Laser Toning

A series of low-fluence laser passes using the Clarity II®’s dual wavelengths that gently address uneven tone, mild pigmentation, enlarged pores, and dull skin. Think of it as a “laser facial,” comfortable, quick, and zero downtime. Safe for all skin types, including darker tones.

  • Sessions: 3–6, spaced 2–4 weeks apart

  • Downtime: None, you can return to normal activities immediately

  • Ideal for: Maintenance, mild discoloration, pore refinement, pre-event glow

UltraIPL® Skin Rejuvenation

A slightly more intensive approach that clears surface pigment, reduces redness, and stimulates collagen, all in one session. The “photofacial” is one of the most popular aesthetic treatments in the world for good reason: visible improvement with minimal disruption.

  1. Sessions: 3–5, spaced 3–4 weeks apart

  2. Downtime: Low (24–48 hours mild redness)

  3. Ideal for: Moderate sun damage, early aging, overall skin quality improvement

Combination Approach

Many patients achieve their best results by alternating Clarity II® toning with UltraIPL ®sessions, addressing different depths and concerns in a coordinated, progressive treatment plan designed by Bluebonnet.

Honest medicine. Advanced technology. Genuine care.
