This product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
The return request must made within seven days of receiving the product.
Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required.

Customized or personalized products (e.g., special sizes or prints).
Clearance or sale items.
Products damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper care.
3. Refund Process

Once your request is approved, you will be instructed on the process of returning the item.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10-14 business days.
4. Shipping Cost
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for covering the shipping fees for returning the item unless the product was defective or damaged upon receipt.
5. Exchanges

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within three days of receipt, and we will arrange for a return or replacement at no additional cost.
