  • Clearance or sale items.

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

  • Damaged products due to improper use, handling, or care.

3. Return Process

  • Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged upon delivery.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
