Before I walked into the teen event, I felt overwhelmed and stressed about things happening in school/my life. The first thing i noticed was the calming and welcoming atmosphere created. Not at all. Every session is guided step-by-step, so you can relax and move at your own pace. Whether it’s your first time or your fiftieth, you’ll be supported throughout the experience, no pressure, no expectations, just your breath and the moment.
We’ll start by grounding together, slowing down, setting an intention, and connecting to your natural rhythm. Then I’ll guide you through a series of rhythmic breathing patterns set to music, inspired by the SOMA Breath® method. The beats help you find flow, release stuck energy, and shift into a more calm, open state.
There’s a mix of activation and stillness, moments where you’ll feel fully alive in your body, and others where you’ll drop into deep rest and clarity.
