There are many benefits of the 'For You' service from One Step Towards, (we reckon!). Our templates are already built to best practice, but if you are after something custom (especially when it comes to your website) we ensure that it follows best practice, mobile optimised and converts your goals. Our 'For You' service saves you time, with us building your service or customised our existing tools into your brand, you can focus on what matters most.
How does the guarantee actually work? Can it really be that simple?
The guarantee really is simple. If you use our 'For You' service and you aren't entirely happy with the end outcomes, let us know and we will refund your 'For You' fee. You can still keep using our design should you wish. What is important is that you are happy and your business goals are met. Simply ensure you contact us within 30-days.
Can I use other web designers if I choose?
Absolutely! You can use your own in-house team, contractors from Fiverr, Upwork, or an agency down the road. You are in control. If you are on our Scale plan, you can even design and re-sell to your clients. We seek to make everything as simple as possible. Please note that whilst we can undertake work for your clients on the Scale plan behind the scenes (they are your client afterall), the 30-day guarantee does not apply as we are not working with them directly.
Do you only bill in USD?
We bill in USD unless otherwise stated. Our software license fees can only be billed in this currency. If you require a quote for your 'For You' Service in another currency let us know and we will try to help.
