The seasoned advocate Happy Raw Reny commands an esteemed reputation in enabling others to conquer emotional eating through psychology, nutrition, and yoga. Having lived a raw vegan lifestyle since 2007, I skillfully eradicated processed cravings, and as a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, yoga teacher, author, and YouTuber, I have sharpened my knowledge and skills.
