About Shepherd's Touch
We believe that the body is designed by God to heal itself. It doesn't need to be forced. It doesn't need to be medicated into submission. It simply needs the right conditions. It needs the mechanical blocks removed. It needs the right fuel. And it needs a safe space to rest. At Shepherd's Touch, our mission is to provide those conditions. We are not a high-volume franchise. We are a husband-and-wife team dedicated to the art of healing. When you walk through our doors on Turquoise Street, you are not a "customer." You are a neighbor. Ludo brings over 30 years of international experience to Cochise County. Trained at the prestigious Wildwood Lifestyle Center in 1993 and further educated in Prague, he approaches the human body with the precision of an engineer and the intuition of a healer.

Sylvia believes that true healing happens from the inside out. As a certified Health Coach and culinary expert, she empowers clients to take control of their health through nutrition, lifestyle changes, and spiritual renewal.

Whether she's teaching a cooking class or guiding a client through an anti-inflammation protocol, Sylvia provides the tools and encouragement needed for lasting transformation.
