Prohibited Actions:

4. Membership Programs, Retreats, and Containers

Retreats

Retreat Bookings: By purchasing or enrolling in a retreat, you agree to the terms of participation as specified during the booking process.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be submitted in writing. For cancellations more than 90 days prior to the retreat, 50% of the payment is refundable, or you may transfer your booking to another retreat or participant.Cancellations less than 90 days prior to the retreat are non-refundable.If Walk Together NZ cancels the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided or the option to transfer to a future retreat.

Containers

Commitment: Containers are purchased in 6-month blocks and require a full commitment for that period.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of a container within the 6-month period must be mutually discussed and agreed upon. If both parties agree to an early termination, any remaining balance will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

Memberships

Membership Access: Memberships are personal to you and cannot be shared with others.

Cancellation Policy: Memberships can be cancelled with two weeks' written notice prior to the next billing cycle. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be incurred.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use our platform in a lawful manner and not engage in any activity that could harm, disrupt, or impair the functionality of the platform.

Prohibited Actions:

This includes but is not limited to hacking, spamming, sending viruses, or posting inappropriate, offensive, or defamatory content.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Walk Together NZ platform are owned by or licensed to us.

No Unauthorised Use:

You may not reproduce, distribute, or share any content (IP, Resources, Courses & Modules, E-Books and Facilitation Maps. without our express written consent.

Legal Enforcement:

Unauthorised use of intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

We provide our content and services "as is" without any warranties or guarantees.

No Liability:

Walk Together NZ is not liable for any damages, losses, or harm resulting from your use of our platform or the implementation of our resources.
