Lombok offers a serene escape with stunning natural beauty, setting a perfect backdrop for relaxation and transformation. Unlike its bustling neighbour Bali, Lombok embraces a slower, quieter pace, where you can reconnect immersed in nature with breathtaking ocean and mountain views. Lombok’s warm, welcoming culture adds a unique richness to the retreat experience.
You can reach Lombok by plane or boat. We recommend flying, as it’s quicker and costs between $60–$100 AUD one-way. For added convenience, both the "Perfect Mix" and "All Done for Me" packages include your flights to Lombok, making your journey seamless. Simply arrive, and we’ll handle the rest! Our villa staff will support those choosing the essentials package to book your flights. All transfers to and from Lombok International Airport are included.
The retreat takes place at Villa Marley, an exclusive villa owned by your host and facilitator. With sweeping ocean views stretching to Bali, this secluded sanctuary offers a serene, luxurious setting where you’ll be hosted by dedicated villa staff who will cater to your needs, ensuring a memorable and rejuvenating experience. With a personal touch, every detail has been arranged for your comfort and connection to the peaceful surroundings.

Yes this has been a very well thought out and planned retreat experience, with a good balance between doing things together, while giving you enough time to explore and choose your own adventures. Our villa staff will be able to support you with ideas, bookings and local travel advice.
It is hot! Muggy! Humid! It Rains! It Pours! Most of the time the days are amazing. If you struggle with these conditions this might not be the retreat for you. To keep cool we drink lots of water, wear lose cotton clothing, and the retreat space is undercover with natural breeze, pools and outdoor fans. April to October is considered the best time-frame to travel within hence our retreat dates.
Absolutely! We provide flexible payment options, with retreat dates set in advance to allow for those of us who need to make smaller, more manageable payments over time.
Yes, this retreat qualifies as a professional development pathway, making it tax-deductible. It includes three online sessions: two pre-retreat gatherings and one post-retreat gathering, where we’ll collaborate to set clear professional learning intentions and goals to ensure meaningful development outcomes.
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as accommodating as possible while ensuring the success of our retreats.
Cancellations made 120+ days before the retreat: A full refund will be issued, minus a $200 administration fee.
Cancellations made 60–120 days before the retreat: A 50% refund or credit toward a future retreat will be provided.
Cancellations made less than 60 days before the retreat: Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds due to the pre-payment of accommodations, catering, and staffing costs.
To protect your investment, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as illness, emergencies, or changes to your travel plans.If you're unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another participant, provided you notify us at least 30 days in advance.
Yes. Comprehensive travel insurance is a prerequisite for attending our overseas retreat. As with any travel, unforeseen circumstances can and do occur. Travel insurance can support you with coverage for trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage and items, natural events, and any unexpected changes to your plans, ensuring peace of mind throughout your journey.
Awesome, the more questions you ask the better we can support. You will automatically receive access to What'sApp where you'll be able to send a text anytime. You'll have an invitation to a private group page on our community circle platform, and an information package e-book. In addition we will have two engagement session one on logistics and questions, and the other on co-creation of retreat goals and journey.
Your host and facilitator, Arama, brings a wealth of experience in leadership development and cultural change by helping people to see the qualities in their leadership ways. Juggling many roles herself, Arama understands the unique challenges leaders face when it comes to balance. We hope to create valuable meaningful moments and friendships/collegiate network beyond the retreat. Arama's approach is organised, calm, relaxed, fun, and full of humour. She is an experienced navigator of relationships, spaces and supporting personal transformations.
