As much as we would like to be the person with a perfect meal prep everyday of the week, avoiding alcohol, getting 8 hours of sleep a night, with time for 3-hour workouts 6 days a week… a lot of the time that is just not reality.

Remember, gains occur when we RECOVER from what we do in the gym, not from the workouts themselves. Workout + insufficient recovery = net loss.

So busy with work that you barely have time to sleep or spend time with your family let alone hit the gym? No problem. I can program for that.

On the road constantly with an unpredictable gym situation at every stop? Or on deployment with no gym at all? I got you.
