We are the cleaner choice. What we use to clean our space makes it into our bodies. We only use products with certified organic ingredients, which reduces chemicals on surfaces and in your air, keeping your family safe and healthy.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment?

Yes, we bring everything we need to clean your home in most cases. If there is needed outside of what we can provide, we will give you the heads up. 

Do I have to book an initial cleaning before booking recurring services?

Yes, an initial cleaning is recommended before setting up recurring cleaning services. This first deep cleaning ensures that your home starts on the right foot, with a thorough and comprehensive cleaning to tackle any accumulated dirt or grime. Once your home is in tip-top shape, our recurring services can help you maintain that level of cleanliness with regular visits.

Can I still book a service if I am not at home?

Our operational hours are 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. from Monday to Friday so some of our customers aren’t home when we arrive. In a majority of these cases, our insured technicians are provided with a spare key or garage code. You also have the option to leave your keys in a lockbox so they can let themselves in and return the keys to the lockbox when the service is completed. 

What time will you be at my home?

As we provide our services throughout the day, we often encounter things that delay our arrival at our next home, like traffic, or a customer who would like some additional help. For that reason, we do offer arrival windows for your convenience so that we give every home the attention it deserves and requires.

What if I work from home?

Absolutely, working from home is no problem at all! At Cleancation, we understand that many of our clients have flexible work arrangements, and we can easily tailor our cleaning services to accommodate your schedule and preferences. Whether you need us to work around your home office hours or clean in a way that minimizes disruptions while you work, we're here to make your life easier.

What I do before the cleaning day?

A friendly reminder will be sent the day before your service. Please declutter your space by picking up items from the ground. Ensure important documents are stored safely to avoid accidental disposal.

Are you insured?

We are a fully bonded cleaning service. We carry insurance for our employees and for the work that we do in your home. We also guarantee customer satisfaction. Was something not cleaned the way that you expected? Let us know, and we will do our best to put things right.

What about pets?

Pets are a part of the family, and so we clean up after them as well! During service we recommend that you do keep your pet somewhere they will be comfortable — not all of our furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space. Let us know how you'd like to handle your pet ahead of time to keep them safe and happy.
