Other women often ask me how I do it—how do I balance my family life, entrepreneurship, personal health, and everything else life throws my way? For a long time, I was just putting up a front while I was crying out inside wondering how much longer I could live being tired, angry, and bitter. But, when I saw the possibility of living a different way, I was able to take back control of my life. Now that I’ve changed my mindset, I can accomplish more than ever without feeling drained and resentful. I want to show you how to gain that same strength, resilience, and drive for yourself, spouse and kids.

Growing up in Billings, Montana, I worked just about every job you can imagine. I knew I wanted to take on the world, but I wasn’t quite sure how. I had big aspirations, but I constantly felt like a victim, lacking any ownership in my life. Eventually, I graduated college and moved to Seattle to start to find myself.
I began gravitating toward other women who were discovering themselves, and in doing so, realized that my first marriage just wasn’t where I wanted to be. I went through a divorce and eventually met Alex. Soon, Alex and I were married, and I was now not only a mother to my daughter, but a stepmother to Alex’s two children.
We suffered a traumatic loss. At six months pregnant, I suffered a miscarriage. Alex and I were both almost broken by that loss, but we knew we had to forge ahead for the sake of ourselves and our children. I had been through the crucible in life, and I was ready to move forward, living in honor of the daughter I had lost.
Knowing we wanted more for our children, Alex and I went into business together. On the surface, it looked like I had everything together, but I realized that it didn’t feel that way. I was constantly feeling tired, even resentful. Then one day, something awoke in my mind and told me that I have ownership over my life, and I don’t have to be a victim of everything around me.
I realized that I didn’t have to feel exhausted, guilty, and bitter trying to juggle everything in my life. I could be happy, and I could help other women find that happiness too. As a life coach for women, I am dedicated to helping other moms realize there is another way to live. We don’t have to simply survive each day; we can thrive.

Only you can take ownership of your life.
You don’t have to settle and feel constantly burned out.
You can’t control what happens to you in life, but you can control your mindset.

I spent years being a victim of life’s circumstances, and I’ve met so many women who have done the same. But we don’t have to simply roll over and accept the status quo. Any woman can step up and gain agency in her own life, and that’s what I want to show you how to do with my high performance coaching methodology.
