Refund/Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: June 1, 2024
We understand that life can sometimes make it necessary to cancel or reschedule appointments. Out of respect for our practitioners’ time and the waiting list of other clients, we strictly adhere to the following policies. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
I. APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
Required Notice Period
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows us time to fill the appointment slot from our waiting list.
Late Cancellation Fee
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment will result in a Late Cancellation Fee.
The fee will be $25 and will be charged to the credit card on file.
For services requiring a deposit, the deposit will be forfeited and used as the cancellation fee.
No-Show Policy
If you fail to show up for your appointment without providing any prior notice, you will be considered a No-Show.
A No-Show will result in a fee of $100 charged to the credit card on file.
Late Arrival Policy
We reserve the right to shorten your treatment time or reschedule your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late.
If we must reschedule your appointment due to late arrival, it will be treated as a Late Cancellation, and the corresponding fee will be applied.
Exceptions
We understand that true emergencies happen. Fees may be waived in cases of documented emergencies (e.g., sudden illness with a doctor’s note, or severe weather conditions) at the sole discretion of Royal Rejuvenation Aesthetics and Wellness PLLC management.

Please do not rely on social media messages for urgent cancellations.
II. REFUND POLICY
1. Service Fees & Completed Treatments
All sales for services rendered are final.
We do not offer refunds on services that have already been provided, including single treatments, completed package sessions, or treatments where the client did not achieve their desired result. Individual results may vary and are not guaranteed.
If you are unsatisfied with a service, please contact us within 14 days so we can discuss a complimentary follow-up or a corrective service where applicable.
2. Prepaid Packages & Promotional Services
Prepaid packages, membership fees, or promotional services are non-refundable.
In the event of medical contraindication or other extenuating circumstances, unused sessions from a package may be converted to a credit for other services at our discretion. A prorated amount will be calculated based on the full, non-discounted price of the used sessions.
3. Retail Products
Unopened retail products may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided they are accompanied by a receipt.
Opened products may be returned for [Store Credit/Exchange Only] within 7 days if there is an allergic reaction, with less than 25% of the product used.
4. Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
They must be presented at the time of service.
III. AGREEMENT
By scheduling an appointment with Royal Rejuvenation Aesthetics and Wellness PLLC , you agree to honor these policies. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in allowing us to manage our schedule efficiently and provide the highest quality service to all of our valued clients.
